Ready to use molded Type 1 glass vials for injectable drugs. Washed with WFI (Water for Injection) and dried in an ISO 8 class area, depyrogenated according to Pharmacopoeia requirements and sterilized by EtO using a validated process meeting ISO 11135 requirements.
Vials are placed either in a Nest&Tub configuration or in a tray. The secondary packaging is sealed with a Tyvek® lid and packed in an ISO 7/ISO 8 environment. Available vial sizes 2-100 ml, depending on vial volume 18-100 pcs/tray. Vials are placed upwards in Nest & Tub configuration, or upside down inside the tray option.
