Ready to use molded Type 1 glass vials for injectable drugs. Washed with WFI (Water for Injection) and dried with impulsion of compressed air, depyrogenated according to Pharmacopoeia requirements and sterilized by EtO using a validated process meeting ISO 11135 requirements.
Vials are placed either in a Nest&Tub configuration or in a tray. The secondary packaging is sealed with a Tyvek® lid and double packed in Tyvek® steribags in an ISO 7 environment, and then finally sterilized using EtO.
Available in clear or amber glass with vial sizes from 10ml to 100 ml. Vials are placed upwards in Nest & Tub configuration, or upside down inside the tray option.
