The Secure Syringe filler enables very accurate and fast dosing. The process is more accurate, because we work with LDS (Low dead space syringes), less residual volume is left behind, so less medication is needed in the syringe. The accuracy of the filling is as low as 0.05ml with a deviation of 0.0015ml.

The Secure Filler automatically fills 10,20 or 30 syringes within 1 to 2 minutes, including capping. This allows you to save on personel. Normally 1 injection (750 euros) is made from 1 ampoule of expensive medication, with the machine we work towards 3 injections per ampoule.

There are no similar filling machine on this price range. There are only large industrial machines with an investment of at least 1 million euros currently on the market. The machine is also very small and light (25kg) making it easy to place in a pharmacy.
