Coventry™ cleanroom swabs are designed for precise cleaning and application, engineered using clean materials to keep contamination out of your process. Heads have excellent solvent compatibility and are available with wrapped polyester or sealed foam.
Polyester swabs consists of a polyester knit fabric which provides low non-volatile residue, ionic and particulate contamination. Glass filled nylon handles are rigid like wooden handles, ideal for cleanroom use.
Foam swabs are manufactured from reticulated 100 pores per inch (ppi) medical grade foam, each head provides excellent compatibility with most common solvents. The fiberless construction results in no loose particles, thermally bonded to the swab handle without the use of adhesives.
